Thank you for shopping with Nutrava. Due to the nature of consumable health and wellness products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
Most Nutrava products are consumable supplements and are therefore non-returnable for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.
We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
2. Replacement / Refund Eligibility
We only offer replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
- The package was tampered with upon arrival
To request a replacement or refund, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Share your Order ID
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
3. Replacement Process
If your request is approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost
OR - A refund will be issued if replacement is not possible
We reserve the right to verify the claim before approval.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Product opened, used, or consumed
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect usage or storage by customer
- Minor packaging damage not affecting product quality
- Delay caused by courier beyond our control
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
