1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
- Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
- Cancellation requests are processed during working hours only.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved (before dispatch), a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund (if applicable) may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Order Cancellation by Nutrava
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or listing error
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transaction
- Incomplete or unverifiable address/contact details
- Operational or logistical issues beyond our control
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued (if payment was made).
4. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Order already shipped or in transit
- Custom, promotional, or special offer orders (if applicable)
- Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) order at delivery
Repeated failed or refused deliveries may lead to future order restrictions.
